Girls Mission Camp

Dear Missions’ Leaders/ Children’s Ministers/Church Camp Sponsors:

Girls’ Mission Day Camp 2010 is camp for girls who have completed grades K-3. (Sponsors and parents can decide whether 3rd graders attend day camp or resident camp). Campers experience a full day of Mission Education, Bible Study, Worship, and Camp Activities. Each church group should provide sponsors for their girls according to church safety regulations. Please contact Kim if sponsors are not available for your church group.

There will be a $5 Day Camp SPONSOR FEE if same sponsor is returning with Resident Campers

Day Campers will need to bring a sack lunch.

Registration fee: $25 (includes Camp T-shirt)

Registration due: June 11, 2010

Check-in at camp: July 5, 2010 (Monday), 9:00 A.M.

The girls will stay at the encampment for 3 1/2 days while completing a variety of camp activities as they learn about missions. Each church group should provide sponsors for their girls according to church safety regulations, but please call me if this is a hindrance to your girls coming to camp. ALL CAMPERS NEED A SACK LUNCH FOR TUESDAY

On-Time Registration fee: $110 (includes Camp T-shirt)

Sponsor fee (special rate): $85 (includes Camp T-shirt)

NO deposit refunds after June 20, 2010
